Art. 1 — Travel documents

Tickets for journeys must be purchased online on the website of the company operating the selected route, or in accordance with the instructions of the specific company. RoadToAbruzzo does not resell travel tickets; it only provides information on routes, schedules and prices. Travel tickets bearing any wording that could refer to RoadToAbruzzo are not considered valid. For seat allocation, changes, cancellations or transfers of the travel ticket, please refer to the terms and conditions of the company operating the selected route.

Art. 2 — Schedules

All schedules displayed on roadtoabruzzo.it are the property and responsibility of the companies operating the individual routes. They are for indicative purposes only and may be changed without notice, or may vary as a result of contingent transport requirements. The arrival time is also subject to traffic and road conditions; RoadToAbruzzo in any case does not guarantee either the journey duration or the arrival time.

Art. 3 — Fares

The fares shown are those applied by the individual companies at the time the relevant journey is searched. RoadToAbruzzo receives no compensation for any purchase made. For information of any kind, please refer to the terms and conditions of the selected company.

Art. 4 — Bookings

RoadToAbruzzo does not act as an intermediary or travel agency. Therefore, to make a booking and purchase a travel ticket, you will be redirected, manually or automatically, to the website of the company operating the chosen route.

Art. 5 — Intellectual Property

All data displayed on RoadToAbruzzo.it, such as departure and arrival times, fares and journey durations, comes from the websites of the individual companies operating the selected routes. Such data is to be considered the property of those companies. Any discrepancy found is not attributable to RoadToAbruzzo.

For any further information — such as luggage transport, pets, refunds and compensation — please refer to the terms, conditions and regulations of the individual companies operating the routes shown.
